うむむ。ちょこっと前は2015年の第一四半期は無理かもという話でしたが、
7月になると第二四半期すらも過ぎちゃいますね。

どうやら前の噂通りHBM（High Bandwidth Memory）を搭載してくるようですし
その辺がネックだったりするのかもしれませんね。
